Dr Shridhar Shukla is Co-Founder and MD of kPoint Technologies, an online video platform for businesses and institutes incubated at GS Lab which he co-founded and also served as Managing Director and Chairman.
His experience spans a broad spectrum – ranging from research and academia to technology development, corporate leadership and entrepreneurship.
Dr Shukla has a BTech EE from IIT Bombay, an MS EE from Virginia Tech and a PhD in ECE from North Carolina State University. He is a Distinguished Service Awardee of IITB and has served as a Chairman of the IITB Alumni Association.
He has served as a faculty member in the USA, winning several awards for his research. He also served as a Director and Chief Operating Officer at Persistent Systems for nine years.
His current area of work is in cloud-native video. In the past, he has worked in identity management, multicast networks, and parallel computing.
