Anthony Joseph, President of Global Human Resources, Hinduja Global Solutions is responsible for developing, recommending, implementing and leading human resources strategy and policy in support of the business objectives of HGS.
Joseph is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from St Xavier’s College, Calcutta.
He guides the development of the Structured Recruitment Process and the Comprehensive Training and Development Programme. He has expertise and interest in managing change in a fast-moving business environment.
In his 25-year career, he has initiated and implemented HR best practices across global corporations such as Deloitte Consulting, GE Plastics, Convergys and NSL Group.
Joseph has been directly and indirectly responsible for recruitment of over 10,000 employees across the Information Technology, Information Technology Enabled Services and Engineering and Manufacturing sectors.
He is also a speaker and mentor at NASSCOM & CII forums.
