Deepa Rachel

Deepa Rachel is CEO of Manford and Founder of SEEK, a business intelligence platform that implements, evaluates and measures organisation-wide change. She has been working in the area of Organization Development for over 18 years.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a Masters in Business Administration from Bolton University, UK.

Her core competence is in the areas of organization diagnoses and Climate Surveys, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, Executive Coaching, Customer Orientation, Relationship Management, Assertive Communication, Team Building, Achievement Motivation, Corporate Breakthrough Strategies, and Empowerment.

With Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Cultural Change as her areas of expertise, Deepa has been invited as a speaker to various Indian and international forums.

She has worked with the senior management team of some of the largest organizations worldwide some of them include Capgemini, Neilson Group, Microsoft, Bharti Airtel, CSC, Toyota, Fidelity Investments, McKinsey Knowledge Center, Maruti, Strides Shasun, Whirlpool, etc.
